  • Checking in with vendors and distributing final payments and tips provided by client
  • Supervising the setup of the ceremony and reception venues, making sure everything is in place according to your vision
  • Placement of client-provided décor (some limitations may apply)
  • Managing the flow of the events, directing guests, and cueing music, and announcements
  • Collection of décor, gifts, and other personal items at the conclusion of the event
